First held in 2006, Chris DiMarco was the first champion . . . and one of only two Americans to win this event (Rickie in 2016). Made part of the Rolex Series in 2019, it is one of eight Premier Events on the European tour. Besides the large purse . . . the hosts are not above paying appearance money so the field will be strong.
