Love it or leave it, 2023 has been a historic year for professional golf. How the PGA will conduct itself in 2024 will be nothing like it was just two years ago. Regardless whether LIV prospers, dies of neglect or is merged with the PGA, the changes are here to stay. To that end Greg Norman has won. He has become and always will be as influential on what the PGA is . . . as Arnold, Jack or Tiger. But we have a whole year to debate that.
And failing that there is always politics . . .
